All PMC'18 Committee Venues will be located in the centre of Prague, easily accessible by public transport, which you can use without any restraint thanks to the Prague Public Transport Tickets you will receive in your registration package (please see our Registration site for more details). Also, this will alow you to explore the city freely and enjoy unlimited sightseeing.
We are currently negotiating with a number of institutions likely to host PMC Committees - schools, universities, hubs and social businesses as well as Prague District City Councils. We will announce official Committee Venues close to the Registration Deadline based on the actual size of respective Committees (as of this moment, we anticipate approximately 20-40 Members on each Committee). We let our participants arrange their own accommodation in Prague according to their preferences. We strongly believe this is better than us providing one type of accommodation for all as we expect a lot of individual participants with different priorities coming. Prague offers endless possibilities as it is one of the world's most sought after destinations.
Moreover, you will be able to extend your stay easily or use platforms such as airbnb, booking.com or hostelworld (the Conference is followed by May 1, which is a holiday in many countries). There will be ample opportunities to break ice with others during PMC's official program, so you need not to worry about this when making your accommodation choice.
